1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at toyznme.india@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photographs of the issue. Our team will evaluate the request and coordinate a return pickup or guide you through manual return.
3. Refund Options
Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. In case of replacement, the item will be dispatched upon approval.
4. Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to our error, we will arrange and cover return shipping. In other scenarios (e.g., change of mind), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Products marked “Final Sale,” customized items, or used toys are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, the return process must be followed.
7. Customer Support & Resolution
For unresolved issues, you may escalate your concern via email. All grievances are addressed within 48 hours and resolved as soon as possible.
